Contact Address Format

Does anyone know if there is a way to format a contacts address layout?
When I import an address from Outlook to, say, Word sometimes the city is
missing and sometimes the postcode is in the wrong place.

The address seems to be viewing OK in Outlook but I'm guessing that
something, somewhere it telling Outlook that the postcode is in the country
field.

I'm using Ofice 2003 (SP1) and it's set up as an e-mail account (as opposed
to an Exchange account).

But that is not quite what I'm after.

If I look at, say, two different Outlook addresses - One has the postcode in
the country field and the other has the postcode in the city field.

What I'm after is to find a way to put all of the postcodes into the
postcode field.

Well there is no setting in the GUI to let users correct mistakes in
their Contact Records. You could use code or you can look at this page
for some search and replace techniques:
