contact address in installed Street and Trips

For the "Dispaly Map of Address" function in contacts, in addition to the
current function of looking the address in msn maps, make it an option to
look into the installed Streets and Trips

My Outlook 2003...Action-->Display of Map of Address doesn't work. And I have
a full version of the latest MapPoint installed. What do I do to make it work
at all, even with MSN Maps?
