contact details(initalize my e-mails)

how do i show my contact details( at the bottom) one every e-mail i sent ,
without having to type it on. hope iam making sense

Try using a signature. Outlook Help has info on using them.
If you use Outlook 2007 then you can insert a Business Card as part of your
signature.
