contact email addresses and display names interchange

When in contacts, i have noticed that the email addresses and display names
interchange periodically and do not match. Completely different person for
email address and display name. Do I have a virus? I ran the office
diagnostics and it says nothing is wrong. HELP!!!

It is not pleasant to email someone and a completely different person
receives the message
