contact export - outlook 2003

hi,
When I export contacts data to excel, csv, txt etc. business phone and
business fax data are not showing / blank. However mobile phone data are
filled up with one phone, from either phone or fax data
Changing mapping to default, or any other mapping do not change pb
Any idea of the problem?
