Contact Export Question

Bob_BLC

I have about 600 contacts in my Outlook. I have a co-worker that would like
just one group of them ( I have them all set up in a mail group). Is there a
way I can export just the group I want without having to go through all 600
and remove the ones I don't need?

Explain what you mean by group. That could mean anything.
Exporting is never the correct way to transfer Outlook data to another user.
Use exporting only if you want to lose or misplace data.

I am looking to just export one distribution list of about 50 people. If it
helps we have our email hosted, so I don't have direct access to the Exchange
server.

Thanks for any help.

A DL can be transferred to another Outlook user by simply attaching it as an
Outlook Item to a message in RTF format.
The recipient needs only to open and save it to put it in his Contact
Folder.
