Looking at message boards I see this question has been asked for MANY years.
My previous PIM had this capability:
Have the contact be for the person of interest (e.g. your friend/business
contact/couple) and be able to add spouse, children (possible)...AND be able
to add their birthdays which will automatically populate the Calendar. This
should be standard options.
I had linked recurring events but when I synched between computers, the
links broke! Now I can't even see what the actual dates were!
