No, because this is not a moderated forum.

How are you connecting to the newsgroup? Via Microsoft's webpage,
using Outlook Express to link to
news://microsoft.public.access.formscoding on news server
msnews.microsoft.com, using Agent, or using some other newsreader or
news server?

I'd have emailed you this reply, but... for obvious reasons...

Newsgroup posts are communicated around the world between so-called
"newsgroup servers". Not all servers receive and transmit all posts. So you
can never be sure that what >you< see, is what everyone else sees - and vice
versa.
