Contact forwarding

I use Office Xp on a Win 2k computer w/sp4 and Exchange
5.5. sp4

I have outlook set to use ms word as my email editor. and
when i open it is shows up as Html. When i go to forward a
contact however it shows my contact as a plain text format
and not using my ms word as an editior. Why is this
happening and how can i correct it?
