Contact history using a querie

Hi All,

I am stumped again.

I want to create a contact history window in my form with the history querie
I have created that includes the sum of accepted counts and the total of
times proposed. I have indicated that I want the list box to contain the
querie and set that up and it works. However it gives me the entire querie's
information instead of the individual's. I am sure I am missing something
very simple...my brain is fried. Can someone help?
