contact icons different

When I view any of my contact folders in Outlook 2003, the icon is different
for several of them. Some show the classic rolodex card, others an envelope
like the email icon, and still others the notes icon with the pushtack.

Altho this doesn't affect the way Outlook works, how can I change them all
to the normal icon or better yet customize based on my own criteria?
