Contact Items Public Folder

I created a Public Folder containing Contact Items. I added over 100 entries. I then created five Distribution Lists in the Public Folder pertaining to the Contact Items. I had my users add the Folder as an Outlook Address Book. All works fine from Outlook. However, when I use Outlook Web Access, I don't see it as an address book. This is a big problem because we use OWA extensively. Does anyone have a suggestion or fix. Thanks in advance...

You will be able to view the public folder and copy addresses from it, but OWA shows only the GAL and the user's mailbox Contacts folder as address books. It is not possible to get it to show others.
