I sent an email to a number of contacts using the BCC field. None of these
were linked to the Contact record. I do not like to send out my contact list
to every person by putting everyone in the TO field. I then tried to manually
link the email to the contacts following the Help file procedure below but it
did not work either. (XP, Office2003) Please help. Thanks, Dave
On the Go menu, click Mail. ((((((below should say single click)))))))
In the Mail list, double-click the e-mail message that you want to link to a
record.
In the Link to History box on the Business Contact Manager toolbar (The
toolbar at the top of an item where you can view existing links or create new
links to Account, Business Contact, or Opportunity records.), select the type
of record that you want to link the e-mail message to.
Next to the Name list, do one of the following:
To select a single record, click the arrow .
To select multiple records, click Record list .
