Contact list freezes while scrolling

From previous suggestions I have updated the video
drivers and completely un-installed and re-installed
office. The user is still having this problem. Anyone
have any other suggestions??

Some users are claiming that the freezes occur because of a "corrupt"
address in the list. However, no one has provided reproducible details on
just how those corrupt addresses are identified nor it what way they are
corrupt.
Last I heard, Microsoft cannot reproduce the problem.
