contact list question

environment = exchange 5.5 + outlook2000

our user ask when she use the personal contact list (not the exchange public
contact list) to send email, most likely display aaa (E-mail) ; bbb (E-mail)
something like that.

is it possible to cancel the " (E-mail) " followed by the name ?
since this display name is disable now, can't modify it.
