For some reason all fax numbers appear in my contact list
for Outlook. When I am addressing an email I go to
Contacts and for each person there are at least two
listings. The first is an email address; the second a
fax number. I'm trying to figure out how to have ONLY
email addresses show on theis list.
Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.
