I'm running Outlook 2003 and when I enter a contact's
mailing address whether I do it or not the program adds,
"United States of America." Then, when I'm using Word to
print an envelope, the country comes up in the mailing
address. Is there no way to stop it from printing the
country other than to go into each entry, open the separate
screen and erase the country listing? This really
decreases the utility of this feature. I hope there is a
way to turn off the program's unwanted insertion of the
country each time I add a new contact who has a mailing
address.
