contact management database for a small business

My business partner and I are getting ready to launch our small business. Our
website is in development with its shopping cart, etc. We are using Quicken
as well and will be tracking sales and contacts via our website.

I've a hunch I also need a contact management database to track sales
campaigns, newsletters, etc. Is Microsoft Access my solution for that?
