Contact manager link history

I am having a serious problem with my contact manager.
1) there is no history in my accounts and contacts.
2) I have all of the accounts, but upon entry, there is no history, and all
business contacts are missing.
3) In accounts, pressing the add next to Business contacts or account
history has no response.
4) All accounts and business contacts have the same three history items.
the three emails that were in the inbox this morning.
5) Deleted items folder has a copy of all accounts, all contacts (not
business contacts)
6) Deleted also includes all linked e-mails, notes, and appointments.
7) It does not contain phone logs

BCM sometimes has what's known as a "forms cache" problem. Clearing the
cache usually fixes it. Choose Tools | Options | Other | Advanced Options |
Custom Forms, then click Manage Forms, then Clear Cache. If simply clearing
the cache doesn't fix the issue, try the other steps detailed at

The bulk of the forms cache issues in Outlook 2003 are fixed in Service Pack
1, so you should also install Office 2003 Service Pack 1 as well as BCM SP1.
