Contact names & addresses broadcast

Hi, When I send an email to a group in my contacts list all receivers of
the email receive all of the other receiver's names and addresses(if
they go to properties of the email they can see all of the email
addresses I sent to).

How do I avoid this?? I am using Outlook Express.

New Message > View (menu) > All Headers (select)
Displays the Bcc: (Blind Carbon Copy) textbox for addresses, any
of which that are entered into the textbox are not displayed to any
recipients of the message.
