When I use contact list (containing many names) to create a meeting notice, I
get the meeting window, then I click on scheduling assistant to find a common
available time. However, when I click on the + sign to expand the group so
that I can see individuals, the names do not appear. Their calendars are
shown, and if I right click on one of the blank spaces, I can see their email
address, but it doesn't make the names visible . They do not show up after
expanding the group. Any ideas would be appreciated.
