Contact Outlook 2003

Is there a way to change all of my contacts "file as" info at once
Perhaps an external tool or something.

I am using Outlook 2003. somehow by default all my contacts are fil
as-LAST NAME, FIRST NAME and i want them to be other way around.
changed it by going in tools/options and than contact options but thi
is only for the NEW CONTACTS. I have 1186 names currently and do no
want to do manually.

Help will be highly appreciated.
