Contact Phone Numbers Auto-Formatting

I've just reloaded my computer and now when I go to update my contacts,
Outlook automatically formats the phone number the area code (area code is in
brackets).

I dont want this at all....

Eg Home/Business: Outlook says (02) 1234-5678
I want it to look this this 12345678

Eg Mobile: Outlook says (04) 1234-5678
I want it to look this this 0412345678

Can anyone help me?
