Contact Picture Showing Up At The Top Of An Email Message

I was in a meeting recently and saw where someone had their Outlook setup
where the picture they had stored for that contact in their address book
showed up at the top of the email screen when that person sent them an email.
Can anyone tell me how to set this up. I have Outlook 2003 SP2.

I saw your post and thought this would be a cool thing to be able to do
however, I checked in Outlook Contacts newsgroup and saw replies from several
MVPs that Outlook can't be configured to do this. The only time the picture
shows is when you open the individual contact entry. Maybe you can ask the
person you saw at the meeting?? If you find anything else out, pls share.

The other person apparently was using Outlook 2007, the next version.
