Contact Pictures: low resolution?

When I add a picture into a contact using outlook it auto-resizes the picture to 72x72 making it look blurry.

If I add the picture using my iPhone and syncing it to outlook the contact picture resolution is at 320x320.


How can i set outlook to use a higher resolution instead of always resizing to 72x72?
