When I am using Outlook 2003 on a Windows XP Computer, I can double
click an email address in the from field of an email message and the
contact properties dialog box will display with all the information
from the Global Access List.
Can this also be accomplish in Entourage for Mac OS X? When I double
click on an email address in the from field, the only information in
the contact properties dialog box is just the email address.
Everything else is missing.
If I copy the contact information from the GAL to a Contacts Folder on
the Exchange server, then when I double click on the email address in
the from field of an Email message, I get a properties dialog box with
all the information from the GAL.
Will my copy of the contact properties remain syncrhronized with the
GAL?
I can search the Global Access List by going to the Address Book,
select the Global Access List and search by name.
I hope all this makes sense.
Thanks, Troy
