MS Outlook 2002 SP-2 (10.4712.4219)
MS Windows XP Pro SP-1 (2600.xpsp2.030422-1633)
I need to separate my contacts in two:
1. Some contacts shall receive digitally signed e-mail
from me
2. Others shall receive e-mail without digital signature.
I open a contacts properties window and there are two
tabs: General and Security. The security tab contains
what I need. But for some contacts, the security tab does
not exist in the properties window.
I tried "Edit-Revise Contents" but the result was not
what I want. BTW, "revise contents" does only appear for
the contacts without the security tab. Those with the sec
tab "rev. contents" is greyed out. I also tried to create
new contacts, but every time the security tab did not
exist.
I don't want to select tools-options-security-"Add
digital signatures to outgoing messages" option. That way
every mail will be signed.
Any clues?
Thanks, Huco
