As soon as I place the cursor on the box to quick search
for a contact, on the toolbar, Outlook freezes and it
crashes after it asks if I want to send the report to
Microsoft. Once I click yes and it sends it, another box
appears telling me to check for updates to resolve the
problem. I have installed all the service packs and it
doesn't seem to fix the problem. Any ideas as to how to
solve it?
