Contact Searches Multiple Mailboxes

P

Patti

I have four mailboxes in my Outlook 2002. Each with its
own inbox and set of contacts. Currently the primary is
my personal mailbox so when I use the find contact
command it only searches the contact database. I want to
change it to search a different contact database. Is
there a way to designate a different "primary" account?
Or perhaps, a way to have it search ALL the contact
databases?

I would really appreciate your help with this. Thank you.

Please e-mail your responses to pcusack The domain after
the @ sign is bradsoncorp and it is a .com address. This
is my weak attempt to confuse the spamming machines.

No. If you want to search other contacts folders, you need to use either
Advanced Find or switch to that folder and use the Find (not Find a Contact)
button.
