Hi,
I'm having a problem with a form in BCM. Here is the scenario:
1-I go to "Accounts" in the folder list and open an account
2-I choose the "Select Contact" option from the "Add..." button under the
Business Contacts section.
3-A small form appears titled "Business Contacts" which is supposed to
display a list of contacts on the left that you can choose to move to the
right side as Selected Buisness Contacts.
Here is the problem, when that form appears the static text is visible
except for the column title text for the two pick lists. Also the text for
the names to select is clear/white and not able to be read. The even stranger
part is that the list and form do function properly because I can click in
the what appears to be a blank list and a row highlights in blue and I can
move it to the right column. Then upon closing the selection form the
invisible contact that I selected shows up on the Accounts screen as a
business contact.
Yes I have cleared the forms cache, Yes I have deleted the files in the
forms folder containing frmcache.dat. I have re-installed Outlook 2003 and
re-installed BCM and nothing seems to work?
Can I manually delete and re-install just a dialouge box ( or maybe a
specific DLL?) or something?
I love the BCM functionality but am very discouraged that this problem is
plauging me.
