Contact to Fax Cover

How can I automatically generate a fax cover sheet while
sitting on a contact in Outlook? I can create a letter
after much option selecting, but how do I "encourage" the
letter wizard with specific fields in specific places?

Any help appreciated.
Thanks.

Create a merge document that you can use as the target for a mail merge.

Thanks. I can do this. I was stuck looking at the "New
Letter to Contact" Action.

Once I get the mail merge working, is there an easy way
to assign the whole process to a macro (I am not a
programmer)?

Thanks.

I'm not a programmer either. There is a programming group that could help.
