Hello All,

I am using Outlook 2000 running off an Exchange 5.5 on Small business
server 4.5. When you press the TO button in an email, outlook brings
up the Select Names window listing your contacts. The default view is
sorting the contacts by first name. Sorting by last name does not
seem to be an option because the last names are not listed in a
seperate field. Is there a trick to sort by last name?

Try this: Go to Tools | Services, highlight the Outlook Address Book
service, click Properties, and set your sort order there.
