contacts/address book

I am trying to help a customer over the phone with her
contacts and address book. Unfortunately a new problem
has developed. When I ask her to click on 'contacts' her
calendar opens up instead.
Anyone know why this is or how to correct it?

this occurs in the shortcut bar. It doesn't even show up
under the folders list. She said she was running Outlook
2002

Hmm its strange the Contact folder is missing from the Folder list, a couple
of command line switches that may help, the first is for the missing Contact
folder, go to Start > Run > type "outlook /resetfolders" without the quotes
this switch will restore missing folders to their default location the other
switch is for restoring the shortcut bar to its first run condition go to
Start > Run > type "outlook /resetoutlookbar" without the quotes, note
running this will remove all customisation. Make sure Outlook is closed
before these switches are used.
