I had to wipe out my comuter so I copy the outlook.pst and I have 2 additinal
..pst from before. I using Outlook 2003. I re-installed Outlook 2003 and I
copied over the original outlook.pst with no messages. I then copied over my
outlook.pst file that contained all my messages, sent etc contacts.
Everthing is there. I can see all my contacts. However, I now get the error
-

The address list could not be displayed. The Contacts Folder associated
with this address list could not be opened; it may have been moved or delted,
or you do not have permissions. For information on how to remove this folder
from the OUtlook Address Book, see Microsoft Office Outlook Help.

I came across the solutions where it tells you to click on the Contacts
folder and set the Outlook Address book - I can then see my Address but it
doesn't stay when I close out OUtlook and re-open it. I tried importing the
Whole file in but again I have the same error. How can I get my contacts to
be used by my new address book?

You migrated your data inporoperly. Never overwrite one PST with another of
the same name and never import a PST when the purpose is migrating that PST
from one Outlook instance to another. You need a new mail profile now.
