this may be a repeat of something I posted a minute ago...as I am not sure
where I posted it..It struck me I may have made the mistake of posting to
outlook express.
The problems are as follows: I don't know difference between address books
and contact lists either as a newbie user or in more technical sense (which
I probably wouldn't understand anyway) I can generate and use a contact list
(is sit possible to do more than one) but I can't get it to sort last name
first although I have downloaded a Microsoft kb article ...and have been
unsuccessful in getting last name first.
I would appreciate help explanations and specific directions on how to
sort...but more important I would love very basic instructions how to use
address books as well as contacts..
I strikes me some links to non Microsoft sources would help kb doesn't
help me much...I can't always find what I am looking for and I rarely
understand what kb says even when I find a relevant article.
I am operating winxp at home...and both outlook 2003 beta 2 and outlook xp
