Contacts & Address Books With Dell Axim

I have 2 seperate Dell Axims and multiple profiles under
outlook. The Dell Axim appears to be only able to Sync
with the contacts portion of Outlook. Is there any way
for seperate profiles to share a common contact list and
calendar while keeping there other aspects seperate?
