I am sending this again as I did not get a follow up from
my answer from the person that asked about PST and Mode.
Any further help. It turns out that the only PST file I
have is the one on my desktop where I save for backing up.

When I check on Help/About Microsoft Outlook, all I get
is "MIcrosoft 2000 INternet Mail Only 9.0.0.2711". Is
that what you mean by mode? I am not using an Exchange
mailbox. I may have multiple PST files, but what should
I do if I have? THanks for the tips. Jack

We would need more information as to what happened. In IMO mode, the Outlook
Address Book is installed and configured to display the contents of the
Contacts Folder automatically and cannot be configured otherwise. You must
have done something to change that.
