Contacts and auto completion of email addresses

I often move between my main workstation pc and computers in other parts of
the building. All are on a network and are essentially clones of each other
having all the same programmes and permissions associated to me.
With Outlook (currently 2003, 2007 soon) although I recieve emails and
calendar appointments in any other location I am logged into when I'm working
there. I haven't got my contacts and when I start to type in an email address
which I use often at the main workstation, it isn't recognised (and auto
completed) by any of the other pc's.
My question is this: Is there a method of synchronising the data which is
obviously stored locally on the main pc to any outlying one so that when I
log in, the data is there for me?

What type of account are you using? With Exchange you'd have what you want.

I missed the "when I start typing" part in the frist paragraph. This is what
you want to read:
http://www.ingressor.com/autocompletetips.htm . See the paragraph entitled
"Migrating your NK2 file to a new machine."
