Contacts and custom forms

Hi
I have a TAPI interface that pops an Outlook Contact when it recognises the
associated number.
I want to customise each contacts' form that is displayed with different
links/information etc.
I then want to be able to export all these different contacts (with their
custom forms) so that others are able to have the same functionality.
We have an Exchange2003/Outlook 2003 environment.
Your help and advice will be most gratefully recieved!

I'm looking to use a TAPI interface to open up a Outlook Contact (2003),
could you point me in the right direction for code etc. Any info would
be a big help!
