contacts and folders

I have Outllok 2007 and I want to put sub folders under my main Contacts
folder. Is this possible? The only thing I've managed is to create folders
alongside the main Contacts folder.

While I'm on the subject, can I rename the Contacts folder?
What is the difference between the Contacts folder and the address book?

1. Yes. When creating the folders, select Contacts in the folder list and
they will be subfolders. Or after the fact, go into Folder list view
(Ctrl+6) and drag the newly created folder to the contact folder.

2. No, you can't rename the default folders.

3. Contacts are all contacts - they can contain as little as a first or last
name. The address book is used for addressing electronic mail and contains
only the contacts with electronic addresses.
