contacts and outlook address book

Hi All,

I am setting up outlook 2k. I have the outlook address book in my profile.
I would like to import my outlook express address book into outlook. I have
the addresses in the contacts folder. How can I get these entries into the
outlook address book? I am using windows 98 se. Any help would be
appreciated. Thanks,
