Contacts appearing twice in dialog box, once in Folder list

We have migrated addresses from GroupWise version 6 to
Outlook 2002. Addresses are then copied into Outlook
Contacts. When addressing a message, Outlook
displays "Contacts" twice in the Select names dialog
box. One of these Contacts is empty. The other has the
addresses.

Problem: Would like to delete the empty Contacts folder.
However, it does not appear in the folder list.

Just remove the duplicate:
Tools > E-mail accounts > View or change existing directories or address
books > Outlook Address Book > Change.
