We're looking for help using Outlook as a contact management program. Some
key things we'd like to be able to do are to tag contacts with various
priorities (e.g. A-B-C), generate views with richer sort criteria (e.g. show
all of the A and B contacts in Texas and Louisiana), and generate reminders
to reach out to contacts periodically (e.g. A list every 3 months, B every 6
months, C every 12 months, but not all on exactly the same date). All of
this could be done with a contact management program such as ACT, but we want
to keep using Outlook.
Is this possible?
