Contacts Below Folder List

I was hoping that there was a setting which would allow
me to have contacts listed below my folder list, so that
i would just be able to double-click on the contact name
to open a new email window.

If this exists where can i find the setting?

Not sure I'm following. To what view are you referring?

Why don't you just use the Outlook Address Book?

This is with folder list as the view.

I think in outlook express you could have the contact
list below the folder list, which just let you quickly
select the contact to send an email. Would save time if
you're just sending the email to one person.
