Contacts close Outlook

With Outlook open to normal view I can click on the
contacts folder and view my contacts, No Problem.

When I open my address book to send an e-mail and select
contacts, Outlook hangs for about a minute the I get an
Error Stating Outlook.exe has caused an error you will
need to restart the application, then is closes Outlook
completely when you click OK

I have reloaded Office.
I have deleted my Contacts folder and let it recreate
itself.
I hacve removed the Outlook Address Book and reinstalled
it.

HELP!!!
