Contacts Deleted

My Contact file appears as "Deleted" items. How do I
recover the Contacts from the Deleted files?

What do you mean?
There is no "Contact File."
Provide more accurate details.
Include your Outlook version.

Assuming you meant your Contacts Folder was moved to your Deleted Items
Folder, just move it back where it belongs: in your Personal Folders.
