contacts disappear

for some reason about half of my contacts have disappeared
this morning. these were contact i use all the time.
some old ones were left untouched. this happened to
several people in our company. anyone have a clue?

Have you mentioned this to your administator?

If you use Exchange Server there is a known problem
with running a Virus Scan on the M: drive...
