Several of my users have sent emails to various internal and external
contacts using Outlook 2003. After hitting the Send button, several of the
contacts disappear from the To: field. The emails do arrive at their
intended locations, but if the user checks his or her Sent Items folder, the
names are still missing from the email. Being that we use the Sent Items
folder quitea bit to verify if our customers were emailed or not, this is a
nasty little issue for us. Ideas?
