Contacts display last name first for email addressing

When creating an email in Outlook 2007 and inserting an email address in the
To: line from Contacts, how do you make the selection list of contacts
display last name first.

Go to Tools > Account Settings > Address Book Tab > Outlook Address Book >
Change... > Set sort order there
Restart Outlook.
