Contacts - distributions lists

Does anyone know if anything can be done to fix my
outlook problem?

If I send an email to a distribution list and one of the
addresses bounces ( invlaid, box fill, vacation setting,
etc; ), everyone on my distribution list get the message
reply not just me.

How can I change the settings/preferences so everyone on
my distribution list does not see the bounces or returns.
